　　四个聪明漂亮的女警察被派到克里索所在的警察局实习，顿时引起一片混乱和误解，原来的几个光杆大兵一下变得热情十足，他们义不容辞地争相教四个女警治安值勤、指挥交通等工作，结果却笑话百出。相反女警们却各个精明强干、表现出色。
　　
　　某外国间谍组织企图通过警察局里的新型计算机盗窃国家机密，但获取情报必需的密电码分别刻在四位女警的手表里。于是，四个姑娘接二连三地神秘失踪，所长和克里索的夫人也阴错阳差地被卷入其中。眼看局长就要来视察四个姑娘的实习情况，情急之下所长决定派克里索假扮成女警，带上最后的一块手表引出间谍组织的成员。与此同时，姑娘们也在想尽办法脱身，里应外合，间谍组织的成员最终被擒获。
